Shipping Processing

All of our orders are processed within 1-3 business days, orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are receiving a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a further 24 hours. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Costs

All orders within Australia receive free shipping, shipping fees for international orders are calculated automatically at checkout, and will vary depending on the destination country.

Shipping Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Damaged/Lost/Stolen Items

PALMORA is not liable for any products that have been damaged or lost during shipping. If you believe the product you have received is defective (and wasn't damaged during shipping) then view our Refund Policy to see if you are eligible for a refund or exchange.
